  1. Processing and delivery time:

    • We process your order within 24–48 hours on business days.
    • Your order will then be shipped and delivered within 7–12 business days after processing.
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  2. Shipping restrictions:

    • Nuvor ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Singapore, Australia, Norway and the United Arab Emirates.
    • However, shipping restrictions may apply to certain regions, for example due to customs regulations or carrier limitations. If your delivery address is affected, we will inform you before you complete your order.

  3. Delivery address:

    • Please make sure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.

We operate Monday through Friday. Shipments are not processed on weekends, public holidays or the days before public holidays. Thank you for your understanding.
